Job summary

St. Croix Health in Wisconsin seeks a full-time radiologic technologist (0.8 FTE) to join the Diagnostic Imaging team. The role features a 7 days on/7 days off schedule with day hours; weekdays are 8-hour shifts and weekends are 12-hour shifts, focusing on quality imaging and patient care.

The technologist will document accurately in EMR, assist radiologists, and maintain RIS/EMR proficiency while supporting department operations and QA/QC efforts.

Qualifications

• Registered by ARRT (R.T.(R)).
• Current Wisconsin radiographer license.
• BLS certification current.
• Cross-train into Computed Tomography (CT).

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures with minimal supervision.
• Assist radiologist as necessary.
• Work with lead technologists to identify and solve problems.
• Maintain proficiency in RIS and EMR.
• Serve as super-user for department equipment.
• Identify and report equipment problems.
• Assist with daily operations and scheduling.
• Attend department meetings and read emails.
