Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist ICC for Urgent Care in the Northbrook area. This part-time role involves performing radiographic exams, preparing patients, and assisting with MA/phlebotomy tasks. You will review images for quality and ensure timely RIS submission.

Ideal candidates hold a radiology certificate or associate degree, Illinois IEMA licensure, CPR certification, and ARRT registry eligibility within 1 year. Sign-on bonus available.

• Certificate or Associate's degree from an accredited radiology program.
• CPR certification required.
• ARRT registry eligible within 1 year of employment.
• Illinois licensure (IEMA) required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exam: obtain history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure comfort.
• Perform radiographic exams.
• Dual responsibilities within MA/phlebotomy work; training provided.
• Review radiographs to ensure optimum quality.
• Submit information and images to RIS in a timely manner.

Hourly Pay Range:

$30.00 - $46.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Radiology Technologist ICC
• Sign on Bonus: $10,000
• Location: Northbrook/Northfield/Skokie
• Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem: Full Time
• Hours: As needed- M-F 9A-7P, Rotating Weekends 8A-5P
• Required Travel: local

What you will do:

• Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
• Perform radiographic exams
• This role with have dual responsibilities within MA/phlebotomy work and training will be provided
• Review radiographs to ensure optimum quality
• Complete and submit information and images to RIS in a timely manner

What you will need:

• License: IEMA licensing required
• Education: Certificate or Associate's degree from an accredited radiology program
• Certification: CPRcertification required. ARRT registry eligible required within 1 year of employment
• Experience: Previous radiology experience preferred
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
