Job summary

Desert Orthopaedic Center in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced full-time Radiologic Technologist for our surgery center at 2800 Desert Inn Road. The role emphasizes orthopedics imaging and requires ARRT certification and current BLS. A minimum of two years in radiology is preferred.

You will work closely with orthopedic surgeons to deliver high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.

Qualifications

• Formal radiologic technologist training completed and ARRT certification.

Job description

Desert Orthopaedic Center provides care for problems in the Musculoskeletal system, including bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, and nerves through a group of highly trained Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Role Description

We are currently looking for an experienced full-time Radiologic Technologist for our surgery center located at 2800 Desert Inn Road. Las Vegas, NV 89121

Proficiency in all areas of orthopedics (hands, foot & ankle, sports med, spine) is desired for success in this role.

This position is full-time.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technologist training program and current ARRT
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Exhibits an understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology & patient assessment
• Knowledge of radiation safety and protection
• Exhibits good interpersonal skills to deal effectively and courteously with a diverse group of internal and external callers and visitors
• Proficient in orthopedic procedures and pain management procedures
• 2 years experience required in radiology
