Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• 1+ year of radiologic technologist experience.
• ARRT RT(R) Radiography certification is required.
• OR experience preferred.
• Ability to position patients and explain procedures.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and ensure understanding and safety.
• Operate imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
• Adjust and maintain equipment for accurate, efficient performance.
• Document patient information, procedures, and results in the medical records system.

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to review images and provide necessary technical information. Assist in determining the appropriate imaging techniques for each patient.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, including radiation safety guidelines and institutional policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with advancements in radiologic technology.
