Job summary

Trident Care in Charlotte, NC is seeking a licensed Radiologic Technologist to provide mobile X-ray and EKG services to patients at their homes. This part-time role requires ARRT certification and active state licensure, with a schedule primarily Saturday–Sunday 9:00 AM–9:00 PM.

You will drive a company vehicle, position patients, operate radiographic equipment, and transmit images for radiologist interpretation. ARRT-R.T. and strong communication, independence, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Maintain required State licenses/ARRT Certification.
• Annual TB screens, physicals, and vaccinations, as required.
• PRN employees are eligible to participate in the 401K plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to our client base.
• Interact with patients compassionately and professionally while driving to each patient within service area.
• Load and unload equipment from the company vehicle and transport to bedside.
• Perform quality X-rays and EKGs and transmit to radiologist for interpretation.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedule.
• Attend meetings and train other technologists as needed.
• Submit accurate and timely timesheets as per protocol.
• Other duties such as scanning, filing, faxing, and photocopying.

Our Radiologic Technologists provide care to our patients, wherever they call home. X-ray Technologists are provided with all needed resources; including vehicle and gas card, x-ray equipment, PPE, scrubs, etc..

ROLE:

Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG (if applicable) services to our client base

Ideal Shift:

Saturday-Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Load and unload equipment from company vehicle, using ramps, and transport to each patients’ bedside
• Perform quality x-rays and EKGs to transmit to radiologist/cardiologist for interpretation
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedule
• Assist in other service areas, as needed
• Submit accurate and timely timesheets, as per protocol
• Other:
  • Scanning, filing, faxing, photocopying, mailing
  • Attend and participate in meetings
  • Demonstrate regular attendance
  • Train other technologists, as needed
  • Perform special projects or other duties, as assigned
