Qualifications

3-4 years Recent clinical experience or teaching in the specified field or a combination of the two prior to hire date (Required)
CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/AHA/ARC (Required)
Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) - ARDMS (Required) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) - CCI (Required)
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or Licensed Physical Therapy (PT) in Virginia with credentials current or earned within two years (Required)
Radiologic Technologist or CST or RRT with Virginia license or NBSTSA/ARRT/CNBSTSA credentials current (Required)

Responsibilities

Instructors are evaluated on activities that support learning, including instructional design, delivery (both residential and distance methods), assessment, course management, and academic advising.
Accountable for program, student, and graduate outcomes.
Maintain professional competence in their discipline through practice, continuing education programs, conferences, and professional writing.
