Job summary

Eastside Medical Center is staffing a Radiologic Technologist to operate imaging equipment and perform diagnostic radiographs across all age groups. The role includes fluoroscopy and lumbar puncture procedures as needed, with senior-level clinical duties to support patient care.

The position requires graduation from an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited hospital-based program and at least four years of experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in radiology.
• Licenses and Certifications: ARRT radiographer registration and BCLS required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices.
• Provides patient services using imaging modalities across age groups (neonate to geriatric).
• Demonstrates ability to perform advanced imaging (fluoroscopy) and procedures (lumbar punctures) as needed.
• Delivers more complex technical care to meet identified patient needs.

Job description

Responsibilities:

Operates radiologic equipment to make clinical diagnostic radiographs and performs routine diagnostic procedures according to established standards and practices. Provide patient services using imaging modalities. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Demonstrates ability to perform advance diagnostic imaging (Fluoroscopy and Lumbar punctures). Provides more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.
