Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiologic imaging under physician supervision, delivering high-quality images and upholding radiation safety standards across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities include producing images, ensuring proper documentation, coordinating exams, and maintaining PACS storage, equipment, and supplies while training new staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Radiography program or equivalent, with less than 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, radiation safety, and medical technology.
• Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) in Pennsylvania and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Ability to handle confidential information, solve problems, and operate radiation equipment effectively and safely.

Responsibilities

• Produces diagnostic images, processes and prepares images for interpretation, and ensures proper documentation and safety protocols.
• Coordinates exam scheduling, confirms physician orders, and maintains equipment and supplies.
• Ensures images are correctly stored in PACS, reports equipment issues, and assists in training new staff and students.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.
