Southeast Colorado Hospital District in Springfield, CO seeks a Radiology Technician Level I to perform routine diagnostic imaging under supervision. You will operate imaging equipment, prepare patients, and follow safety standards to deliver high-quality images for radiologist review.

Responsible for performing routine diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist and/or Radiology leadership. Support the mission, vision, and values of the Southeast Colorado Hospital District. This position ensures high-quality imaging services while maintaining patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality. The Radiology Technician Level I operates imaging equipment, prepares patients for procedures, follows established protocols, and adheres to all regulatory and safety standards. This role supports the delivery of timely and accurate diagnostic information to assist in patient care and treatment.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a professional and compassionate demeanor. Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software systems are required. Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations. Dependability, initiative, and the ability to see tasks through to completion are critical, as is a commitment to safety, quality, and working under stressful conditions and/or irregular hours.
