Job summary

Baptist Health Sciences University in Memphis, TN seeks an Instructor (Masters Pending) for the Medical Radiography program. Responsibilities include administering program rules, evaluating clinical competency, and collaborating with faculty to review and update course materials.

The ideal candidate will hold a radiography degree, ARRT certification, and three years of clinical experience; a CT or MR certification is a plus. This on-site role reports to the Academic Dean.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in radiography or related discipline; master’s preferred.
• Three years of clinical experience in radiography.
• Current ARRT certification and registration in radiography.
• Post-primary ARRT certification in CT or MR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administering the Medical Radiography program rules, regulations, and policies in compliance with JRCERT standards.
• Assess the clinical competency of Medical Radiography students.
• Cooperate with the program faculty in periodic review/assessment and revision of clinical course materials.
• Demonstrate knowledge of clinical education content for a bachelor’s degree medical radiography program.
