Bluegrass Community and Technical College is seeking a Radiography Instructor/ Coordinator for the Leestown Campus. This on-site, full-time, 10-month position includes both campus and online classes in the Allied Health division.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of clinical radiography experience, and ARRT certification. Preferred: a Master’s degree; duties include instruction, assessment, clinical coordination, and continuous program improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Three years of clinical radiography experience is required.
• Current ARRT certification and registration in radiography is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach didactic, lab, and clinical radiography courses.
• Evaluate students and conduct assessments.
• Coordinate clinical experiences to ensure program quality.
• Review and revise course materials with faculty.
• Maintain current knowledge of radiography and pedagogy.
• Participate in program policies and student progress reviews.
• Build relationships with clinical facilities and community partners.
• Oversee routine clinical site reporting for accreditation.
• Attend division, college, and system committees.
• Contribute to community services and accreditation processes.
