Job summary

Elizabethtown Community & Technical College is seeking a Radiography Adjunct to provide clinical instruction and tutoring to first- and second-year radiography students in the classroom, laboratory or clinical setting.

Responsibilities include hands-on lab sessions, demonstrations of radiographic techniques, and collaboration with the Clinical Coordinator and Program Director to ensure student success while maintaining patient confidentiality and staying current with evolving radiography

Qualifications

Requires ARRT and state radiography license.
Minimum two years of clinical radiography experience.
Associate degree in Radiography required.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical instruction to first- and second-year radiography students in classrooms, labs, or clinical settings.
Tutor students individually or in groups to address difficulties or questions.
Collaborate with Clinical Coordinator and Program Director to ensure student success.
Conduct hands-on lab sessions for radiographic equipment operation, positioning, and image analysis.
Demonstrate radiographic techniques and equipment operation to help understanding.
Provide feedback as students practice taking X-rays and interpreting images.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of radiography technology and teaching methods through ongoing development.
Maintain confidentiality of student records and performance.
