Job summary

Hunterdon Health in Flemington, NJ, is seeking a full-time Radiologic Technologist for the night shift (Sun-Thurs 11pm–7am). The role performs diagnostic radiologic examinations, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient care.

The successful candidate will have ARRT Registry in Radiography or be eligible, plus NJDEP X-ray license and CPR/BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include an Associate degree in Radiologic Sciences and 1–2 years radiography experience.

Qualifications

• Certificate or advanced training in Radiologic Technology, accredited by JRCERT.
• NJDEP X-ray license required; ARRT Registry in Radiography required or eligible.
• CPR/BLS for Health Care Providers required.
• 1–2 years radiography experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high degree of accuracy and quality in patient positioning, machine set-up, radiation exposure technique, image acquisition and post-processing.
• Follow all National Patient Safety Goals.
• Provide recordkeeping of patient history and symptoms.
• Review orders, explain procedure, answer questions and provide a high level of patient satisfaction.
• Assist physician in the performance of fluoroscopic and/or invasive radiological procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness of department and assures adequate supply inventory.

PositionSummary

Performs all diagnostic radiologic examinations that create the images needed for diagnosis. The radiographer integrates scientific knowledge and technical skills with effective patient interaction to provide quality patient care and useful diagnostic information.

Primary Position Responsibilities
