Job summary

ExpressCare Urgent Care Centers in Baltimore, MD is seeking licensed Radiographers to join our fast-paced team at our Baltimore County locations. You will perform radiographic exams, educate patients, and uphold radiation safety standards to ensure excellent patient care.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree or equivalent, ARRT certification, MD radiographer license, and CPR. Minimum one year of clinical experience in a physician's office or hospital is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent is required.
• Completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program is required.
• Current ARRT certification is required.
• Maryland state radiographer license is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic exams following protocols and positioning techniques.
• Educate patients about procedures and positioning prior to imaging.
• Adhere to radiation safety practices to minimize exposure.
• Assist with basic patient care as radiology workflow allows.
• Measure and record vital signs (BP, pulse, temp, height/weight).
• Perform basic lab procedures as needed (EKG, specimens, influenza swabs).
