Job summary

University Hospitals Pain Management is seeking a Radiographer to deliver safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging while keeping patients informed and comfortable. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to provide age-appropriate care and maintain record-keeping accuracy.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety standards, maintaining licensure, and following department SOPs. The role requires the ability to work independently and teach/guide students after one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Maintains licensure and continuing education requirements.
• Adheres to hospital safety standards and privacy laws (HIPAA).
• Ability to work with patients of all ages, from neonates to geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to ALARA, Image Gently, and Image Wisely standards.
• Produces a variety of radiological procedures while maintaining patient care.
• Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality per policies.
• Records billing codes correctly in the RIS and completes documentation.
