Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System in Central Ohio is seeking a Radiographer to perform diagnostic imaging and patient care with a focus on safety and quality. The position includes entry of charges in the Radiology Information System (RIS) and adherence to imaging standards.

Ideal candidates have a radiologic technology program background, ARRT registration or eligibility, and CPR certification, with prior radiography experience preferred. Ohio license required at hire.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a Radiologic Technology Program.
• Licensure/Certification: Registered Radiographer by ARRT (R) or registry eligible; Ohio Radiological License required at hire.
• Experience: Prior radiography experience preferred.
• CPR certification must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care with focus on safety and quality imaging.
• Perform diagnostic radiology procedures ensuring optimal image quality.
• Enter charges in RIS and maintain accurate billing information.
