Biz-Tech Analytics seeks qualified radiographers to annotate and review medical images (X-ray, CT, MRI) to train AI models. Remote work with flexible hours fitting clinical shifts. Training provided on tools and guidelines.

You will assess image quality, identify anatomy and label findings, while maintaining patient data confidentiality. We expect 1+ year radiography experience, diploma or higher in Radiography or Medical Imaging, and familiarity with imaging modalities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Radiography or medical imaging.
• At least 1 year hands-on radiography/imaging experience.
• Good knowledge of radiographic anatomy and image quality standards.
• Familiarity with X-ray, CT or MRI is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Annotate medical images (X-ray, CT, MRI) using bounding boxes, polygons, segmentation masks or landmarks.
• Label anatomical structures and visible abnormalities with accuracy.
• Assess image quality including exposure and positioning.
• Classify scans by modality, body part, plane and sequence.
• Review annotations by others when acting as reviewer.
• Follow guidelines and flag unclear cases to team lead.
• Maintain patient data confidentiality.

About the role

Biz-Tech Analytics is an India-based AI training data company that builds high-quality labelled datasets for AI and machine learning teams. We are looking for qualified radiographers to annotate and review medical images that will be used to train healthcare AI models.

You will use your imaging knowledge to identify anatomy, mark findings and check image quality across modalities such as X-ray, CT and MRI. No prior annotation experience is needed; we will train you on our tools and guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Annotate medical images (X-ray, CT, MRI and similar) using bounding boxes, polygons, segmentation masks or landmarks, as each project requires
• Identify and label anatomical structures, positioning and visible abnormalities accurately
• Assess image quality, including exposure, positioning, artefacts and view type
• Classify scans by modality, body part, plane and sequence
• Review and correct annotations made by other annotators when assigned as a reviewer
• Follow project guidelines closely and flag unclear or ambiguous cases to the team lead
• Meet agreed accuracy and turnaround targets
• Keep all patient data and project material strictly confidential

Requirements

• Diploma, B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Radiography, Medical Imaging Technology or Radiology & Imaging Technology
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a radiographer or imaging technologist in a hospital, diagnostic centre or clinic
• Working knowledge of radiographic anatomy, patient positioning and image quality standards
• Familiarity with at least one of X-ray, CT or MRI
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software tools
• Good written English to read guidelines and write short notes
• A laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection

Good to have

• Experience across multiple modalities (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography)
• Familiarity with PACS or DICOM viewers
• Prior work in medical image annotation, labelling or AI data projects
• Experience reporting or flagging findings alongside radiologists
