Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a Study Supply Manager to support Radioconjugates clinical studies, collaborating with Global Study Teams and external vendors to ensure clinical drug product needs are met across multiple programs.

This role builds strong relationships, acts as a key resource and escalation point, and contributes to strategy for clinical drug supply, translating objectives into actionable plans. You will identify risks and implement effective mitigation across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• MS/PhD, PharmD with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Demand planning, forecasting and analytical skills.
• Advanced problem-solving ability.
• Flexibility in working hours for global activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Sense of urgency for quick decisions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Global Study Teams and stakeholders.
• Define, negotiate and communicate clinical supply plan timelines.
• Escalate and resolve issues with Clinical Logistics, CROs, and related teams.
• Lead process improvements and system enhancements for operational excellence.
• Support creation/maintenance of Radioconjugates handling manuals.
• Oversee ordering, tracking, and delivery of clinical supplies to sites.
• Lead monthly capacity planning to align with programs and schedules.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality to address shipping issues and deviations.
• Monitor supply chain risks across programs and implement mitigations.
