Job summary

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital invites postdoctoral fellows to join the Neumann lab, a collaborative, multidisciplinary group at the nexus of chemistry and biology.

The focus is developing radiopharmaceuticals for PET imaging and therapy, using synthetic organic chemistry, radiochemistry, and imaging in cell culture and live animals, with translation to clinical imaging. The Neumann lab provides access to cutting-edge research cores, opportunities to collaborate with oncology,

Qualifications

• Primary skillset includes synthetic organic chemistry, radiochemistry, and/or molecular imaging experience.
• Additional and specialized training will be provided as needed.
• Multidisciplinary collaboration at the nexus of chemistry and biology.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel radiopharmaceuticals with diagnostic/therapeutic potential.
• Translate imaging agents for PET imaging in disease models.
• Characterize biological activity in cell culture and live animal imaging studies.
