Job summary

CRISTA Ministries is seeking a Praise Street Team member for PRAISE 106.5, serving as the station’s face at concerts, community and client events in Northwest Washington and parts of BC. The role involves event execution, audience engagement, and distributing promotional materials in person.

The position is per diem, with events typically on weekends and evenings. Applicants should be at least 21, hold a valid WA driver’s license, and have customer service experience.

• Implement standards to maintain station image and cheerfully represent the station in a positive light to the public.
• Provide post-event feedback to supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, coworkers and customers.

• Hours range from 4 – 10+ per event and most of our team average 3-4 events per month.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Broadcast, Journalism, or related field, or currently studying for a degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the United States Department of Education or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

• Two plus years’ of customer service, marketing, event planning, or event staff experience.
