Job summary

Townsquare Media in Odessa/Midland seeks a Radio Host / Multimedia Content Creator & Brand Influencer to entertain and connect with the Permian Basin audience across on-air, digital, and social platforms.

You will host live shows, prepare daily show content, publish local articles, post across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and develop local partnerships to grow the station's reach. This full-time, in-office role requires energy, creativity, and strong audience engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Strong on-air presence and video/content creation ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office role and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Host live, engaging on-air shows Monday through Friday.
• Prepare daily show content that entertains, informs, and connects with the audience.
• Create and publish a minimum of two original local articles per day for station website/app.
• Write and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Engage listeners through interviews, remotes, and community events.
• Represent station at promotions and special programming initiatives.
• Produce commercials, video segments, and short-form content for all channels.
• Develop local partnerships and influencer campaigns to drive revenue.
