Job Number 18020 Standard Job Description Lockheed Martin is seeking to hire an RF engineering summer intern at our campus in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. What You Will Be Doing

Performs assignments in technical/engineering organizations (e.g., Electronics Engineering) during vacations and short‑term breaks from college attendance while enrolled in an accredited degree program.

Basic Qualifications

• * Pursuing Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a closely related technical field.
• * Academic experience or knowledge of using RF/ microwave test equipment is required. This may include: RF Power measurements, DC Power Supplies, Pulse Generators, Digital Multimeters, Power Meters/Sensors, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, etc.
• * The candidate must be eligible to obtain a DoD clearance and must be a US citizen.

Desired Skills

• * Related RF undergrad internship experience is desired.
• * Academic experience with RF / microwave project design (active or passive circuit design) is desired. Passive components may include: resistors, capacitors, inductors, etc. Active components may include: FPGAs, Op Amps, Memories, Processors, System on Modules, System on Chip, etc.
• * Familiarity with RF/ microwave circuit simulation or 3D electromagnetic simulation tools (i.e. HFSS, CST) is desired.
• * Familiarity with troubleshooting designs and resolving integration issues is desired.
• * Familiarity with reviewing and interpreting technical documentation such as specifications, schematic diagrams, and test data is desired.
• * Demonstrated academic achievement.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $22.66 - $31.67 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
