The Sr & Jr RF Engineer will lead the design, simulation, testing, and optimization of advanced antenna systems.
- Lead the design and development of antennas (e.g., patch, dipole, array, helical, and custom designs).
- Perform advanced electromagnetic simulations and optimization using HFSS.
- Oversee testing and validation of prototypes using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and anechoic chambers.
- Collaborate with mechanical and manufacturing teams to ensure design integrity and manufacturability.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and resolve complex RF performance or integration issues.
- Guide junior engineers in simulation techniques, testing methods, and design reviews.
- Stay current with emerging antenna technologies and materials, integrating them into product innovation.
- Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and customer presentations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in antenna or RF system design, preferably in a manufacturing or R&D environment.
- Minimum 1–2 years of soldering experience required.
- Deep expertise in antenna theory and RF measurement.
- Proficiency with EM simulation design tools, HFSS preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with Anechoic Chambers, Network Analyzers, Spectrum analyzers, Signal Generators, and RF power meters.
- Familiarity with PCB layout for RF circuits and antenna integration into products.
- Strong understanding of coupling, isolation, MIMO, beamforming, and phased‑array design.
- Experience designing, prototyping, and developing deliverables to meet antenna performance requirements.
- Experience with high‑volume manufacturing and design‑for‑manufacturability (DFM).
- Familiarity with CAD software, Fusion 360 preferred.
