Job summary

CCR Technologies, BeyondReach division, is seeking a Project Technician in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role requires hands-on provisioning of Ubiquiti and Siklu radios, pre-staging hardware, and ensuring accurate site turn-up documentation.

You will work with the Project Coordinator, Engineers, RF Engineering, and NOC to stage, test, and document every site. A bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1–3 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience provisioning Ubiquiti and Siklu radios.
• Familiar with 5G indoor/outdoor CPE hardware.
• Ability to document IP addressing per provisioning sheet.
• Ability to run standard acceptance tests (speed, ping, routing).
• Comfort with RF concepts and anomaly recognition.

Responsibilities

• Stage and pre-configure radios and CPE hardware.
• Support circuit turn-up on install day and document results.
• Maintain project records and Sitetracker updates.
• Coordinate with field techs, vendors, and RF Engineering.
• Escalate only genuine anomalies to RF Engineering.
