Qualifications
Minimum of 1-2 years prior experience in a hospital/clinic setting as a Radiation Therapist.
Open to New Graduates, experienced preferred with Varian Trilogy and IX.
Current CPR/BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
Provide radiation therapy as prescribed by a radiation oncologist.
Ensure patient safety and care throughout procedures.
Maintain accurate records of patients' treatment regimens.
Operate and maintain medical equipment used for radiotherapy.
Skills
Proficiency with Varian linear accelerators
Knowledge of GE and Philips CT scanners
Understanding of radiation treatment plans and protocols
Education
Completion of at least a two year approved School of Radiation Therapy
