Sharp HealthCare is seeking a Radiation Therapist to perform procedures, setups, simulations, and prescribed treatments under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist, Physicist, or Lead Radiation Therapist. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care to oncology patients in a team setting.

Required certifications include ARRT Radiation Therapy, AHA BLS for Healthcare Professionals, and CRT. A Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Radiation Therapist (ARRT) – REQUIRED.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional – REQUIRED.
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) – REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Performs procedures, setups, simulations, and prescribed treatments under the direction of the Radiation Oncologist, Physicist, or Lead Radiation Therapist to provide the highest level of care to Radiation Oncology patients.
• Maintain documentation including treatment records and pre/post-treatment measurements.
• Assist in treatment simulation, immobilization device fabrication, and equipment setup as directed.
