Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed radiology technologist with CRT-R credential.
• ARRT Radiation Therapist certification required.
• BART or BLS at hire, with plan to obtain BART within 6 months.
• Experience with daily setup and treatment of patients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in treatment planning discussions and reference markings.
• Review treatment procedures with patients and reinforce care plans.
• Position patients for various therapy portals and provide immobilization as needed.
• Set up equipment per treatment plan and verify placements.
• Monitor patient responses and report deviations to the Therapist.
• Record delivered dosage values on patient charts.
