Job summary

Cooley Dickinson Hospital is seeking a Radiation Therapy Manager to lead a skilled team in providing high-quality cancer care at our Northampton campus. The role requires ARRT RT(T) certification, MA RT(T) licensure, and 5+ years in radiation therapy with leadership experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Master's degree preferred but not required.
  • ARRT RT(T) certification and Massachusetts RT(T) license required.
  • 5+ years of Radiation Therapy experience with leadership or management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Radiation Therapists.
  • Ensure staffing, workflow coordination, and patient scheduling.
  • Provide clinical leadership and support complex treatments.
  • Oversee EMR and treatment management systems with staff training.
  • Drive quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
