Job summary

Banner Boswell Radiation Oncology in Sun City, AZ, is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join a high-performing team delivering expert patient care in a modern, supportive environment.

You will perform prescribed radiation therapies, participate in treatment planning, and ensure safety and quality control under department policies. New grads welcome; sign-on and relocation assistance are available, with opportunities to work in a respected cancer care program.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiation Oncology or related field.
• ARRT certification required; BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of clinical techniques, applications and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed radiation therapy treatments following orders and policies.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and care.
• Operate treatment and planning equipment and maintain documentation.
• Maintain ALARA principles and safety in the treatment environment.
• Ensure ethical, confidential handling of patient information.
• Support department workflow and collaborate with the health care team.
• Independently perform prescribed procedures per policies.
