Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking a Staff/Senior Radiation Therapist to deliver daily radiotherapy treatments and ensure high-quality patient care at our Boston campus.

The role requires operating GE/Siemens simulators, Varian Linacs and advanced planning tools, with opportunities to learn MR Simulator and MR Linac technologies. Onsite work at 45 Francis Street with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with certificate in Radiation Therapy or associate degree in Radiation Therapy.
• Current valid Massachusetts State License in Radiation Therapy.
• ARRT certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily radiotherapy treatments accurately and safely.
• Operate treatment planning and imaging equipment per policy.
• Maintain accurate documentation and chart checks.
• Provide patient care and education during treatment sessions.
