Job summary

Blue United Sourcing seeks two experienced Radiation Therapists to join a comprehensive outpatient cancer center in Valdosta, GA. The Radiation Therapist delivers therapeutic radiation under the Radiation Oncologist and supports patient care, documentation, and quality assurance.

Requirements include ARRT certification and 2–3+ years of experience; Elekta familiarity is a plus. This Monday–Friday day shift role offers a $40,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, paid time off, and long-term

Qualifications

• Graduate of CAHEA-approved Radiation Therapy program or equivalent.
• ARRT certification/registration in Radiation Therapy.
• Current CPR certification.
• 2–3+ years of Radiation Therapist experience preferred.
• Experience working independently in a clinical radiation oncology environment preferred.
• Experience with Elekta equipment is a plus, not required.
• Knowledge of adult and geriatric patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed therapeutic radiation treatments under the Radiation Oncologist.
• Complete simulation rotations and treatment setups with high accuracy.
• Construct immobilization devices and fabricate treatment devices.
• Perform treatment imaging and follow imaging protocols.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and scheduling.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for procedures efficiently.
• Participate in treatment planning, QA, audits, and process improvement.
• Collaborate with oncology team and support student education.
• Maintain credentials and regulatory standards.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
