Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Certified Radiation Therapist to deliver complex radiation treatments in a leading hospital’s Radiation Oncology department.

You will prepare patients, operate advanced equipment, and coordinate treatment schedules with a collaborative team. All qualified candidates, including new graduates, are welcome to apply as part of a daytime four 10-hour shifts, with paid call possibilities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited radiation therapy program.
• Board certified by ARRT (RT(T)).
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licensed as R.T.(T).
• New grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Role Overview:

This position is for a Certified Board Radiation Therapist responsible for delivering complex, life-saving radiation treatments using advanced technology in a leading hospital’s Radiation Oncology department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients and charts prior to treatment
• Deliver accurate, consistent radiation therapy treatments
• Coordinate treatment processes and patient scheduling
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment such as TrueBeam, Edge, ViewRay, Gamma Knife, and Hyperthermia
• Apply advanced techniques like SBRT, SRS, Adaptive, OSMS, and Hypersite
• Participate in complex treatments within an innovative team environment

Qualifications & Skills:

• Completed an accredited Radiation Therapy program
• Board Certified by ARRT (RT[T])
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Licensure as R.T.(T)
• Experience is not mandatory, welcoming new grads and experienced therapists alike
