Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Radiotherapist to perform advanced radiotherapy treatments, including arc rotations and tangential/extended field irradiation, under supervision in our Santa Rosa facility.

You will work closely with the department team, following established standards to ensure high-quality patient care and support our mission of caring for the community. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible hires as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Formal therapeutic radiological technology training completed at an approved school.
• National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) upon hire.
• California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification or California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform treatments using all modern radiotherapy techniques with wedged filtration, arc rotations, tangential irradiation and extended field irradiation.
• Work under the supervision of the lead therapist and department manager to deliver care per department standards.

Under the direction of the department manager and supervision of the lead therapist, performs treatments utilizing all modern radiotherapy techniques, wedged filtration, arc rotations, tangential irradiation and extended field irradiation according to the department standards.
