Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments using megavoltage equipment.
• Position patients and adjust equipment settings.
• Perform daily quality assurance checks on treatment machines.
• Conduct CT simulations and obtain verification images.
• Maintain treatment records and document delivered doses.
• Explain procedures and treatment expectations to patients.
• Monitor patients during treatment for adverse reactions.
