Job summary

HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join our oncology team. You will administer prescribed radiation therapy, optimize treatment delivery with immobilization devices and dosimetry, and assist physicians in planning and localization using imaging tools.

The role requires graduation from an accredited Radiation Therapy program, ARRT (T) registry, and state licensure, with BLS within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• ARRT (T) registry is required.
• State licensure as a Radiation Therapist is required.
• BLS within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist.
• Utilize immobilization devices and blocking to reproduce treatment.
• Use imaging equipment for precise tumor localization.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
