Ensure all therapy treatments are delivered accurately.
Review charts weekly for accurate documentation.
Competence to assess the competency of others.
Ability to monitor productivity and communicate such to the Radiation Therapist (Level II) and/or the Supervisor of Radiation.
Knowledge and ability to instruct and advise Staff Therapist by providing technical expertise for new or difficult procedures.
Orientate, and provide in-service training for new employees.
Communicate effectively with lesser-experienced therapists on appropriate patient care, documentation, and work ethics.
Maintain department supplies.

Pay Range
