Job summary

Cancer & Blood Specialists of Arizona is seeking a Radiation Therapist II (RTT) to join our Oncology team in Casa Grande, AZ. You will deliver precise radiation treatments per physician prescriptions, assist with patient positioning, and document all treatment data in the EMR.

Strong English communication is essential; Spanish language skills are a plus. Minimum of three years’ experience and ARRT certification are required; BS in Radiation Therapy or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Radiation Therapy Technology.
• ARRT certification required; dual General Radiographer or CT certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation treatments according to prescribed prescriptions and treatment plans.
• Position patients, operate treatment room equipment and assist with treatment delivery.
• Document treatment setup, doses and calculations accurately.
• Perform daily/weekly QA checks and report deviations to the Radiation Therapy Lead.
• Provide patient education and support, and monitor patient responses to treatment.
