Responsibilities

• Applies ionizing radiation per prescription and uses CBCT/IMRT/VMAT for treatment delivery, documenting setup and patient data.
• Verifies prescription accuracy and ensures QA, consent completion, and proper isocenter documentation.
• Communicates setup and treatment details with MDs, physicists, and team for accurate treatment.
• Follows safety, HIPAA, and ethical guidelines; reports equipment issues and safety concerns.
• Manages treatment schedules, notifies patients of delays, and supports data collection for quality measures.
• Assists with billing accuracy and onboarding of new staff.
