Job summary

Vanderbilt Health in Nashville, TN, seeks a Radiation Therapist responsible for delivering therapeutic radiation treatments and CT simulations under the direction of a Radiation Oncologist. Qualifications

• ARRT radiography certification.
• Relevant work experience or recent graduate considered.
• Graduate of an approved discipline specific program.

Responsibilities

• Administers daily radiation therapy treatments to patients assigned to the treatment unit, accurately and efficiently, at a speed consistent with patient scheduling.
• Maintains records of daily treatment and other records as required.
• Participates in orientation and training of all new radiation therapists and provides feedback to clinic director.
• Performs CT simulation procedures and clinical simulations according to department protocols.
