Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Radiation Therapist for a travel assignment in Rockford, IL. You will apply ionizing radiation under the Radiation Oncologist's prescription and help ensure safe patient care within a busy radiation therapy department.

This role requires current RT licensure, CPR if applicable, and adherence to all regulatory standards. The position offers a 40-hour work week with travel benefits and competitive weekly pay of $3,046.

Qualificações

• Current licensure as a Radiation Therapist, required by state regulations or contract specification.
• One year of RT experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Radiation Therapist applies ionizing radiation to thepatient in accordance with the prescription and instructions of the RadiationOncologist. The Radiation Therapist isresponsible for helping in the efficient operation of the radiation departmentand ensuring safe patient care.

Minimum Requirements:
