Responsibilities

• Deliver planned radiation therapy with minimal supervision and communicate with patients.
• Perform daily and monthly QA for linac and CT, IGRT, SBRT, and portal imaging.
• CT/Simulate patients following protocols, construct immobilization devices, and use IV contrast for simulations.
• Lead CT Therapist duties including training in CT/Simulation and ensuring readiness of forms for physician completion.
• Maintain MOSAIQ for daily treatment management and attend weekly chart rounds.
• Adhere to department policies, safety standards and emergency procedures; report equipment malfunctions.
• Operate CT on rails for IGRT delivery and maintain accurate treatment records.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an approved course in Radiation Therapy.
• ARRT certified and registered.
