Job summary

AVA Search Group, LLC seeks a Radiation Therapist for Western Montana to join the Radiation Oncology team. You will deliver prescribed treatments, follow established standards, and document care with precision.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy, ARRT RT(T) in good standing, and BLS. You will work independently while collaborating with clinicians to ensure patient safety and treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiation Therapy accredited program.
• ARRT RT(T) certification in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work independently and with the Oncology team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments.
• Follow established oncology standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Oncology team on treatment plans.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Utilize clinical information systems and medical terminology daily.
• Perform additional departmental duties as needed.

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Associate's degree in Radiation Therapy
• ARRT, RT (T), in good standing
• BLS required
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the Radiation Oncology team
• Strong understanding of radiation safety principles and applicable regulatory requirements, including NRC standards

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Follow established radiation oncology standards, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with the Radiation Oncology team to support patient treatment plans
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate treatment documentation
• Utilize clinical information systems, medical terminology, and technology tools in daily practice
• Perform additional departmental duties as needed
