Job summary

Milford Regional Medical Center is seeking a compassionate RN for Radiation Oncology. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a complex oncology patient population, educate families, and participate in a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient flow.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program, MA RN license, CPR, and at least 2 years of oncology nursing experience. BSN and oncology certification are preferred, with potential signing bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN or CCE accredited nursing program.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN Oncology experience preferred.
• BSN and Oncology certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for oncology patients.
• Administer medications and perform procedures safely and efficiently.
• Educate patients and families about disease, treatment, and care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain BLS certification.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate patient flow.
