The role requires an active NJ RN license, BSN preferred, and BLS certification. ACLS, ATCN/TNCC, and PALS/ENPC training are strongly encouraged, with opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic oncology program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey or current multi-state license.
• American Heart Association BLS required upon hire.
• Experience: 2 years medical/surgical and/or emergency room preferred.
• ACLS, ATCN or TNCC, PALS or ENPC encouraged within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary plan of care with physicians and care teams.
• Provide patient education and support throughout radiation oncology treatment.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Document care and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
