Intermountain Health’s St. Vincent Regional Cancer Center in Billings, MT is seeking a Radiation Oncologist to join a team that emphasizes high‑quality patient care and collaboration with Medical Oncology and Gyn/Onc colleagues.

The role includes in‑person and tele-oncology, with outreach to Miles City and strong mentorship and growth prospects. You will work within a regional practice supported by EPIC EMR, and there are generous incentives including sign‑on and potential loan repayment;

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency or Fellowship trained in Radiation Oncology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Radiation Oncology.
• Active, unobstructed Montana medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Successful credentialing through Intermountain Health.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient‑centered Radiation Oncology care within a regional practice.
• Collaborate with Rad Onc, Medical Oncology and Gyn/Onc teams.
• Deliver in‑person and tele-oncology services to patients.
• Mentorship and potential leadership or program expansion opportunities.

About this role.

As a Radiation Oncologist, you'll work with a team of oncology providers that puts patients first! You'll have the opportunity to collaborate and work alongside 2 additional Rad Oncs in addition to partnering with our Medical Oncology and Gyn/Onc teams as well. The practice provides full spectrum care that prides itself on high-quality patient experiences.

• Competitive Compensation: $595,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive

• Incentives: $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to $100,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). We’re also PSLF eligible!

• You will practice at our Intermountain Health: St. Vincent Regional Cancer Center in Billings, Montana. In addition to conducting 1 day a week or 1 day bi-weekly outreach to our Oncology Care Center in Miles City, MT.

• You would be joining a well-respected, established group of Oncology providers.

• You will provide in person and tele Oncology virtual care as part of a regional practice that has supportive colleagues, consulting physicians, and nursing staff.

• Both cancer centers are conveniently located within each respective city. Miles City you're right on the campus. Billings you're a short drive away from the hospital. Each facility providing easy access.

• EPIC EMR utilization (system-wide).

What you’ll bring.

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.

• Residency or Fellowship trained in Radiation Oncology.

• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.

• Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one.

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process.

• Radiation Oncology experience preferred.

• Radiation Oncology virtual care experience preferred.

• Passion for Radiation Oncology.
