McFarland Clinic in Ames, Iowa seeks a BE/BC Radiation Oncologist to join our growing Cancer Care Team at our comprehensive Cancer Center. We offer a collegial, physician-owned and governed environment with a shareholder opportunity and competitive compensation.

The role features a LINAC with TrueBeam technology, advanced techniques (3-D CRT, IGRT, IMRT, SBRT, SRS, VMAT), HDR brachytherapy, and radiopharmaceuticals, along with weekly tumor boards and an excellent work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible Radiation Oncologist.
• Experience with a comprehensive cancer center setting is preferred.
• Willingness to participate in a partnership track and shareholder opportunities.
