Inova Alexandria Hospital is seeking a dedicated Manager, Radiation Oncology to lead the team in Alexandria, VA. This full-time, day-shift role focuses on staffing, performance improvement, and operating excellence.

The manager provides direction to department staff, supports accreditation readiness with professional oversight, and collaborates with the Medical Director on quality initiatives and growth strategies. Additionally, responsible for budgeting and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in radiation therapy, management, healthcare administration or related field.
• 2 years of experience in a lead or management role in an oncology department.
• Ability to develop staffing plans and lead department initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Oversees department operations to ensure effective performance.
• Manages staffing, hiring, and staff development.
• Drives quality improvement and accreditation readiness.
• Collaborates with Medical Director on operations and growth strategies.
• Monitors productivity and budgeting within the department.
