Job description

A Midwest hospital-based private practice is recruiting a BE/BC full-time Radiation Oncologist for a partnership track position, due to retirement.

We are an independent, physician-owned single specialty group, providing professional Radiation Oncology services in the area for more than 40 years. We are comprised of four physicians and have maintained significant stability within our group. We have access to up-to-date technology, including Varian TrueBeam and Tomotherapy Linear Accelerators, surface guidance, HyperArc, respiratory gating, etc. We are involved with peer review, tumor boards, and hospital-based leadership opportunities.

We provide a competitive compensation package, including a signing bonus, 401k, and profit sharing. A total of 6-8 weeks of PTO offers excellent work-life balance. New physician will be eligible for partnership after 2 years of successful employment.

We are located in the largest metropolitan area on the Mississippi River between Minneapolis and St. Louis, approximately 2.5 hours west of Chicago. The area has recently been ranked as a "best place to live" and is known for safe neighborhoods, short commute times, and a reasonable cost of living. The community is fortunate to have excellent schools, a large regional airport, museums, a PGA tour event, and minor league baseball and hockey.
