Job summary

St. Peter’s Health Partners in Albany/Troy, NY is seeking a Radiation Oncologist to join a high-volume, technologically advanced cancer program.

You will provide patient-centered care in both inpatient and outpatient settings, working with a 4-member Radiation Oncology team and collaborating across the Capital Region. The role includes participation in consults, treatment planning, and ongoing management, with weekly tumor boards and access to advanced technologies.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Radiation Oncologist for a busy, high-volume cancer program.
• Willingness to perform brachytherapy is preferred or encouraged.
• Eligible for New York State medical licensure; DEA eligible.

Responsibilities

• Participate in consults, treatment planning, and ongoing patient management.
• Treat adult patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings as part of a collaborative team.
• Contribute to weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards and a robust oncology network.
