Job summary

An established healthcare system in Northwest Indiana seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Radiation Oncologist to join a physician-led group. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning with 3D-CRT/IMRT/SBRT/SRS, and participation in tumor boards, with pay structure including

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school (MD or DO).
• Completed an ACGME Radiation Oncology residency; ABR board certified or board eligible.
• Active Indiana medical license or eligible within 90–120 days.
• Proficiency in modern radiation modalities, treatment planning systems, and multidisciplinary cancer management.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient evaluations and radiation therapy planning for adult oncology patients.
• Formulate and oversee 3D-CRT, IMRT, SBRT, and SRS treatment plans.
• Manage on-treatment evaluations, toxicities, and survivorship follow-up.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and disease-site care teams.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with AI-driven documentation enhancements.
• Advance clinical quality protocols, radiation safety standards, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
